WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND BASED OUT OF?

I WANT TO SEND IN MY TRACKS TO GET THEM MIXED AND OR MASTERED. WHAT SHOULD THE FORMAT OF MY AUDIO FILES BE WHEN I SEND THEM TO YOU?
ALL audio files sent to us should be at least 24 or 32 bit float WAV or AIFF files recorded at the standard sampling rate of 44,100 Hz. If you recorded your tracks at a higher sampling rate (which is not a problem at all), simply let us know when you deliver your tracks in your email so that we can make adjustments accordingly! You should also turn off or bypass ANY effects or plugins you have on your tracks. The ONLY exception to this rule is if the effect being used is giving a character or vibe to the specific track itself and is exactly the way you intend it to sound (Virtual instruments like Serum, Nexus, Sylenth, Xpand!, or some weird phaser or arppegiated effect). You'll be giving us maximum flexibility on equalization, compression, delays, and reverbs while working as well as preventing any compromises in audio quality. When mastering and later submitting your songs for distribution to streaming platforms, the platforms themselves will encode and compress your songs to MP3s or whatever encoded format they use for playback. Because this is the case, it's EXTREMELY important to maintain the pure audio integrity of your tracks throughout the WHOLE process for the absolute best results.

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT SYSTEM WORK?
Payment is required before any services can be done. For a producing session, that means payment BEFORE the session. For post production mixing and mastering, we can give you a snippet of the finished song or product but to obtain the full finished version, you'd have to pay the full balance to get it. This also applies to film soundtracks as well.
HOW FAST IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME FOR PROJECTS?
It depends of course on the project but for most, its about less than a week to two weeks considering there's no technical issues!
